The response stating that "POST does not investigate allegations that are over 5 years old" fundamentally mischaracterizes what the documentation clearly establishes: this is not a case of isolated historical incidents, but rather an ongoing pattern of institutional harassment perpetrated in large part by Montana law enforcement agencies that continues to the present day.

Recent Professional Sabotage (2024-2025)

• June 2024: St. Regis School District contract ($60,000/year) terminated after YWCA associates spread false allegations about Mr. Nuno posing "public safety risks"
• 2025: Continued interference with employment opportunities through manipulation of background check systems
• Daily harassment continuing: "Regular threats via phone calls, social media, and personal interactions" documented through July 2025

Current Law Enforcement Misconduct

• Ongoing refusal to investigate: Missoula Police Department continues to refuse harassment complaints and threatens Mr. Nuno when he attempts to report crimes

Elvis Nuno - an ongoing, decade-long pattern of coordinated civil rights violations, malicious prosecution, professional and economic sabotage, and institutional corruption across multiple jurisdictions carried out by law enforcement, prosecutors, and YWCA Missoula personnel, resulting in continuous personal, professional, and constitutional harm through 2025.
2. Arthur Brown - Public account describes "YWCA staff writing letters to judges recommending permanent restraining orders against him, despite their extremely limited knowledge of the parties" including providing advocacy for a woman with established criminal history involving child abuse, drug use, repeated malicious harassment of numerous individuals, and child endangerment leading to the loss of custody of multiple children from different fathers.
