These individuals are presumed associates of E'Lise Chard/YWCA (multiple references to YWCA appear in several messages). They are strangers whom Mr. Nuno has never met, had contact with, or responded to.

Whenever these incidents have been reported to Missoula PD, no action has been taken, to the point they refuse to even take a report.

Additional information has been received that similar defamatory allegations were sent to the KGVO Facebook social media account after a 2021 radio segment Elvis Nuno gave an interview regarding his non-profit wireless internet organization, The Pacific Nortwest Broadband Alliance.
